Accelerated Resolution Therapy

"Keep the knowledge, lose the pain."

What You Can Expect:

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an innovative and evidence-based form of psychotherapy designed to help individuals rapidly process and resolve traumatic memories and other distressing experiences. ART utilizes a combination of techniques including rapid eye movements (similar to those used in EMDR therapy), imagery, and other cognitive approaches to facilitate the reprocessing of traumatic memories. These techniques aim to help clients change the way they react to memories and reduce the emotional intensity associated with them.

One of the distinguishing features of ART is its ability to achieve significant symptom reduction in a relatively short period compared to traditional therapy methods. Many clients report feeling relief and noticeable improvement after just a few sessions.

ART has been studied in clinical research settings, demonstrating effectiveness in treating various conditions including PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety disorders, depression, phobias, and grief. Research indicates that ART can lead to significant improvements in symptoms and overall functioning.

As a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy Practitioner, I have found ART to be and extremely effective and efficient form of therapy. I have personally witnessed many clients make significant and lasting change after using ART to address their concerns and I look forward to helping you do the same!

Accelerated Resolution Therapy Intensives

Looking for a different approach to address your concerns? Are you too busy for, or simply not interested, in the traditional structure of therapy? Perhaps you want to avoid being given a mental health diagnosis. If so, ART intensives may be a good fit for you! ART intensives are a great way to address past experiences, current stressors, and even enhance your performance without the commitment of weekly sessions. In as few as 2-5 ART intensive sessions, you may experience relief from your symptoms.

How ART Intensives Work :

ART intensives differ from traditional therapy appointments. ART intensives are intended to be a short-term, hyper-focused intensive appointment. Appointments will typically last from 90 to 120 minutes, and on average only require 2-5 sessions per concern to experience significant results. An intake assessment and planning meeting will be held prior to the initial intensive session to ensure ART intensives are right for you.

Due to the structure and length of the appointments, this service is not a service that insurance will cover. However, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement.

Diagnosis is not a requirement for ART intensives, and therefore may be a good option for those looking to address concerns without having a mental health diagnosis attached to their medical history. If superbills are requested for partial insurance reimbursement, a diagnosis will be required by your insurance company.

Intensive Rates :

Intake/Initial Assessment and Planning Meeting (55 minutes): $200 (one time)

ART Intensive Session (90-120 minutes): $300 per session
